Madi is staring out the window wondering why we can't go outside today. "It is not possible" (imagine it said in English with a Russian accent)...that is what we hear when they don't want to do something. Funny.
We haven't been able to figure out Madi's hair color yet.
It could be because she hardly has any hair at this point. But, it looks like it may end up being kind of light. NOT exactly a blond, but not very dark either!

Okay, I am WELL aware that this is a terrible picture of me coming up, but Madi looked so cute in it that I just had to post it anyway!
Some of you guys (I remember Mongi in particular) have asked what it is that makes Madi laugh like this...well, lots of things! She is VERY tickelish, so that is it sometimes, you can tickle her neck, her legs, her stomach....
Also, playing pat-a-cake does it. Thowing her up in the air does it.
If she is lying down and you let her grab your fingers and bring her up to a sitting position also makes her laugh...IF she is in the mood to sit up! Today I was playing "I'm gonna get you" with her and that made her laugh. Also today, Jose was playing a modified "peek-a-boo" with her by hiding behind these stacking cups and that made her crack-up as well. So, it could be many things!
Today Madi was sitting up by herself a little longer. It seems she improves somewhat each day!
She also made some crawling type movements. Not crawling yet, but she is starting to figure it out. We place toys a little out of her reach and make her try to get them...I KNOW we are such mean parents!!! Don't worry, she is not ALL smiles. She lets us know immediately when something is not to her liking!!!

She looks so cute!!!!. "chupandose su dedito"!!!! looking at her daddy and the other one laghing with Mom. "esta para comersela".the 3 pictures are beautiful. Her big sister still having fun at Gaby and Carina's party, she doesn't even answer the phone, I had to call Lis to know how she was doing.

Of all the times to have our Internet break down!!!!!!!!! One whole week, will o.k. 4 days!!!. Esta esa nina para comersela!!! They must think Cuban's are so barberic, we only think of "eating" the poor child!!! Will "Lucy""splain" to them that means we are all in love with Madi and cann't wait to hold her kiss her and love her in our arms!

Hail up Madi- you are sooo adorable! Seems as though your fashion statement is hats - well over here in this part of the world and hot climate - we will have to get you some tams and I will definitely be getting you one with dread locks :)
Tell Madi that it IS possible! That very soon she will be in the other side of that window on her way to Miami! And then....watch out Miami...Madi is here!!
